Construction of Custom Homes in Vancouver BC and Surrounding Areas


A main segment of the Vancouver BC Canada economy has usually been the construction industry. In these days we are trying to answer that what is the state of Vancouver BC New Custom Homes for Sale in the first half of 2013?

With six months of business in the books for 2010 we’ve take a look at the current state of sales for home improvements in Vancouver and here is what the numbers show us: Three hundreds and two new custom homes have been sold at medium prices. 

Investment for new houses has also become more of a challenge for home builders and new custom home purchasers. Loans for homes to be built on spec do not look to exist these days. These loans require twenty percent or more down on the part of the borrower however, they allow the lot to be purchased and the builder to build the new custom home.
